The 2024 FONL Annual Conference: Racing into the Future of Nursing Leadership Fueled by Purpose, Passion, and Possibility was a resounding success, held in the sunny setting of Daytona Beach, FL from November 6 to November 8, 2024. This fantastic event welcomed a total of 290 enthusiastic attendees, all eager to engage and explore the latest in nursing leadership.
Our conference was graced with an exceptional lineup of 12 top-tier speakers, bringing their knowledge and expertise to the forefront. These speakers enriched our program, inspiring attendees with their insights and paving the way for meaningful discussions throughout the event. With an impressive lineup of 33 sessions, it not only attracted a high level of participation but also demonstrated the intuition and leadership needed in today's nursing landscape.
The event had representation from 142 organizations and the networking opportunities were rich and fruitful. The enthusiasm and engagement demonstrated by attendees indicate a strong desire for continued education and connection, leaving us all excited for future gatherings and impactful conversations.
