2025 FONL Annual Conference

The 2025 FONL Annual Conference, held in Daytona Beach, FL, from November 19 to November 21, 2025, was a fantastic gathering with a total of 319 attendees, representing 173 organizations. It was exciting to see such enthusiasm from participants, marking the event as a noteworthy occasion in the nursing leadership community.

This year’s conference featured an amazing lineup of 9 exceptional speakers that truly inspired our attendees. Among these remarkable individuals was Tiffany Kelley, a renowned educator and thought leader from the University of Connecticut, holding the distinguished titles of PhD, MBA, RN, NI-BC, FNAP.

A noteworthy aspect of the 2025 FONL Annual Conference was the presence of 37 total exhibitors representing 5 tiers. These exhibitors had the focused goal of generating leads and business opportunities with potential future clients. Among the standout exhibitors were industry leaders such as MedPro Healthcare Staffing, Collette Health, Stryker, Dossier, Inc., and hellocare.ai. Collectively, these exhibitors generated an astounding 1,761 leads, showcasing the event's success in fostering connections and driving business for attendees.

Attendees were highly engaged in explorative content that spanned important topics, such as leadership resilience and innovative strategies for healthcare advancements. Attendee satisfaction soared throughout the conference. One insightful survey question asked, “How did you find the event app, Whova?” with a striking 84.0% of respondents indicating they loved using it.
