Welcome to the Florida Organization for Nursing Leadership (FONL). Over the past year, the FONL Board of Directors has worked to align with the American Organization of Nursing Leadership (AONL). FONL is focused on Florida’s nursing priorities, striving to be progressive and relevant to our members. In the year ahead, membership will be  a key initiative for us, to ensure that even more nursing leaders of Florida can collaborate and network across the state. Through scholarship opportunities, education, and research, FONL is becoming a forum and think-tank for Florida Nursing Leaders to influence healthcare and nursing practice.

We look forward to your FONL membership and participation in our various councils and committees. Please join us in raising the standard of care and making a difference for the future of Florida’s healthcare.

Pam Beitlich, DNP, APRN, RN, NEA-BC
